Bundle Migration Problems

I'm migrating Application Objects from ZEN 7.0 SP1 and am having a
couple of problems.

Firstly the user associations are not migrating across on any
Applications. I have the user source configured and am able to browse
users without any issues.

The second problem is that on some Apps I get the following error :-

"Could not find mandatory attribute appFlags either the ldap mapping is
incorrectly pointing to the starter Pack attribute 'app flags' or there
is no mapping."

The mappings on the LDAp group object are set up correctly and as
previously mentioned it only happens on some Apps. Others migrate OK.
If I do and nlist /d on the app object the app:flag attribute is not
there.
