Certain icons will not display correctly

I've found something interessting which might help others with the same problem.

I noticed that simply re-importing/uploading the icons to the bundle doesn't always solve the problem (like I stated earlier in this thread).
I noticed that these icons were custom made by one of my colleagues. So I took a deeper look into these icons and found out that these icons weren't set at one of the default icon sizes. (16x16, 24x24, 48x48)

Using IcoFX (a very cool and handy freeware icon editor), I converted these Icons to a 48x48 format and all my icon problems were solved...
