DAU Users not being deleted

Is there a fix for this? I am using 10.2.1

I'm in the process of deleting over 400 DAU accounts from my Windows
Vista system. Has anybody else seen such a behavior?

The folders for these users have names that look like Chinese characters
and it really makes running an app as an admin a chore because you have
to FIND the admin account in a very long list.
