When will a bundle be launch?

Anything configured in a launch action runs when either the user clicks on
the bundle or the bundle is set to install per schedule.

Install actions only happen if the version number is incremented or some
other condition exists. So I mean that if the bundle has successfully
finished the install actions and the user clicks on the bundle again at a
later time, the install actions to do not fire, but the launch actions
would still fire.

So maybe your bundle installs adobe reader, the install actions do this,
the launch actions just launch acreader.exe.
