When will a bundle be launch?

The doc said "The Launch action set in a Bundle is typically executed every time that the Bundle is run". When does a bundle run? For example, if I have a bundle to install Adobe Reader and the bundle (i.e. reader) is installed successfully. If I run Adobe Reader, does it fit the condition of "bundle is run" or I double click the "Adobe Reader" bundle icon in the ZENWork application window.

I have no action in the launch option so if the above matter?

Just want to make sure I understand how the bundle is installed by ZCM on the managed device.

BTW, I am running ZCM10 SP2.
