bundlemanager error: Parameter is not valid

Hello,
We are deploying ZCM 10.2.1 and are getting some bundle errors on user launched apps. Here is one of them:

Error: [11/4/09 7:58:13 AM] BundleManager b5f0472d218041c8bec7459ea886ac75 b5f0472d218041c8bec7459ea886ac75{0;BUNDLE.CouldNot ParseBitmap;System.ArgumentException: Parameter is not valid.

at Novell.Zenworks.AppModule.AppActionItem.OverLayAnd GrayBytes(Byte[] iconbytes)}

TID 7004758 says "It is not necessary to re-upload the icon, but simply invoke the editor"

How do I do that? I see a link to edit an icon but it just brings up the path to browse for an icon, not an editor. Does "edit" mean "change the path to the icon" ?

Also, how can I tell from that error message which bundle is giving me the error message?
