DLU not adding users to "Administrators"

YES. When I log in I see a remote control policy that is device assigned, a "Faculty DLU" policy, and a "Faculty GP" that are both user assigned. I checked several faculty members and they all have the exact same policies showing up. So they are associated correctly.

To verify that I really am getting the policy, I changed the "Faculty DLU" to push down administrator AND Power User both. I logged out and back in and sure enough, under local users and settings, Member Of, I am now an Administrator and Power User.

Anyplace I can go to check an error log?
