Default PXE boot to Image in ZCM 10.1 Realtek 8139

I'm having some problems with the Zenworks imaging detecting the Realtek 8139/810x family card installed in some workstations. PXE finds the imaging server fine but when it loads the Linux boot it cannot get a DHCP address and errors on eth0 initialization.

I have also tried to boot off the imaging cd with the same problem. Other systems image fine with different cards so it appears I need to add a driver. By doing a uname -r on my ZEN server I get the following:
2.6.16.54-0.2.5-bigsmp

What is the procedure for adding a driver to the system to use PXE or modifying a CD with the correct driver?
