We have this error too. Both the PDHCP service and the Preboot service log this to the eventlog log when they start:
he following information is part of the event: Novell Proxy DHCP Service error: 6; SetServiceStatus.
The services will start, though, and work properly. Every now and again the services crash and have to be restarted.
I followed the TID mentioned elsewhere in this thread but the SetServiceStatus messages are still being logged. I don't know if it helps preventing these services from crashing as yet, since I just added the FORCEHTTP=forced parameter half an hour ago.
