USB disconnected imaging with ZCM 10

My images have now grown greater than 4.5 GBs and will not fit on DVDs any longer. I would like to create a large bootable usb that will contain our images. I have looked at the related information here and under cool tools but most seems to apply to older versions of Zenworks, I am currently using ZCM 10.2. Also being a Linux newbie I found a lot of it unclear.

Does anyone know how to do this? Can anyone provide scripts or step by step instructions?

Does anyone have this working now and is willing to share?
