Editing Collection Data Form information

Is there a way where we can edit the information that comes form the "Collection Data Form". In the past we have had users that type in usless information and hit submit. We would like to be able to go into ZCM console and edit the information if need be. Another reason why we need to do this if we have several moves and want to edit their Cube information.
