Resolved Update : "Login name" field randomly empty
The update to 10.2.1 did NOT solve the problem. As I had run the update around 10 o'clock in the morning the "login name" was again populated. But a few days later a lot of them were empty again. So, I changed the schedule from 12.15 PM (lunchtime) to 10.15 AM. Now I see that the login name gets populated again.
I suspect that when PC's go in to lockmode the login name is not available. I will keep and eye on this.
