If the inventory-Only Agent suport the same WKs register ?

Hi all experts
I install invenotry-only agent at much SLED10 Sp2 workstations, and the amount is not match. the reason of mismatch is I have some wks have the some hostname, So it could not register.....
The Full ZCM Agent could append UIID to register object to differentiate these workstations. Does the inventory-only agent not has the same function ?
