Trying to get patch management to work and only know enough to be dangerous. It was a long time ago but now....
Deleted all the zpm bundles and the next day I only got back the Discovery and patchcompatibility bundles. Where's the rest??
I can ping and traceroute cdn.patchlink.com, content.patchlink.con, novell.patchlink.con and novell.cdn.lumension.com. Traceroute to novell.patchlink.com comes up with a whole lot of stars at the end but no error message.
But .... can not http to either cdn.patchlink.com/novell or content.patchlink.com/novell. Get the xml script from novell.cdn.lumension.com/novell/barette.xml OK and a password prompt from
HTTPS://novell.patchlink.com. Can http to other websites(
Google etc)
SUSE Linux 10.2, no firewall and truned ssl and proxy off.
