MD5 Digest errors on patch downloads

In reviewing my zmd-messages.log file, I see at times some -->MD5 digest failed for patch: windows/x86/en/patch.pls files, and DL Error: MD5 digest failed for patch: /opt/novell/zenworks/zpm/dist/patch.pls file errors. I believe nearly all these errors are on bundles I have disabled because they do not apply in our environment.

Is it correct for these errors to occur when the bundles that exist are disabled and Zenworks is trying to re-download them? Should I just ignore them, or do I need to do something specific here? Also not sure why the bundles which have already been downloaded are being re-downloaded at various times (things like Adobe Acrobat Reader 7, related patches, etc. etc.).
