Default patch management errors on client

I have a workstation that seems to be getting chewed up processor wise by
patch management. Once the machine gets to the desktop and the user clicks
on a ZCM(10.2.1) delivered icon it can take up to 20 minutes for the program
to actually run. Looking in the process list during this time I see
analyze.exe and cabarc.exe chewing on the processor. Looking at
zmd-messages.log I see errors similar to this. Anyone run into this one
yet?
