Printerpolicy error

We have the same problem with a launcher policy on 10.2.1. Everytime a user loggs in we get a

POLICYHANDLERS.CommonClasses.HandlerTimedOut{launc her configuration policy}

followed by

Aktion launcher configuration policy (ID:launcher configuration policy) could not be executed;

We think it interacts with a nalwin problem. Very often Users have no Icons in their launcher although they are logged in correctly.
