Default Users Can't Add Printers if Not Our Network

Good morning,

This does not make much sense to me...but maybe I am missing something. Users are able to print when they login on our network. I have a DLU policy that creates a custom WINXP Printing group. This group gives users the rights to load/unload device drivers and to take ownership of files. When I restart the laptop and unplug the ethernet cable, I check workstation only and login. I keep all of my group policy settings, but I am unable to add printers anymore. Does anyone know why?? Also, we are using eDir and AD. We also login with the Novell Client.

I have also noticed with the Novell Client, if I turn off the Initial Novell Login option, even when users are plugged into our network, they cannot print...
