Remote Shutdown
For some weird reason remote shutdown does not work if the remote computer is displaying the screensaver until i move the mouse to wake it from the screen saver. It then shuts down instantly. This is the case for when a user is logged in or when at the login prompt. Im not sure if this is a zenworks issue but ive had this problem since i upgraded to ZCM 10. XP pro SP3 is installed on all workstations and the server is running on microsoft server 2008. any ideas?
