When you create a role you can only assign rights to the role, not the
conetxt where hose rights apply. When you add users to the role, you
must click on the hyperlink to the roles permissions, in this case
Remote Management and assign a context ( users, devices etc ).
Think og a role as a grouping of permissions, you need to choose where
those permissions are applied. Weird I know but that is how it works.
