Default Hibernation or standby - I can't remote control

Dilemma: In my test lab, I have computers that enter hibernation and some that enter standby. I have a remote policy enabled that allows the computer to disable the screen saver when remote controlled. However, I cannot bring the computers out of standby or hibernation when I attempt to remote in.

Solution sought: How do I bring the computers out of standby or hibernation before remote controlling them?

Do I need to send a command to the workstation prior to remote controlling it?
