I am now deploying 10.2.1. The workstations that have successfully deployed can now be remote controlled. Still receiving the same error on the others.

Ours has also stopped working but with a different message. Since applying Windows updates to our Windows Server 2008 box last night, every time I try to remote control a computer I get the following message:
"Rights Authentication failed. The Managed device was unable to contact the ZENworks server."
The only documentation I have found so far talked about times not being synchronized between servers but we only have the one ZENworks server and it has the correct time. Anyone have any ideas what to try here?
