We had the same issue.

After a while we figured out that the NTP service on suse was not
automatically started on boot and time was drifting for the VMs.

You can temporary fix this by changing the the timeinsync field in the
zserverinfo table for every server the the from 0 to 1, this way you
don't have to wait until the servers reset their flag. Hopefully you get
your time issues fixed to they stay in sync.
