ERROR: "Rights Authentication failed. The ZENworks server from which the Remote management Viewer was launched is not time synchronized with the ZENworks server to which the managed device is registered. If the problem persists even after time synchronization between the servers, contact Novell Technical Services."

We see this error in our Production environment (10.2). The weird thing is that we only see it on 2 out of the 3 primiaries that we have. Checked time settings and everything shows the correct time as well as on the workstations.

Just recently I have experienced this same error in our development environment where we have two Linux primaries (10.2.1). Both primaries in our DEV environment have the same NTP sources, and both show the correct time. I was able to get some errors from the remote computer's log file:

When I try to remote manage the workstation from our first primary (zensrv.dev) I get the error, but I can log into our secondary primary (zensrv1.dev) and remote control without a problem. I've tried restarting the NTP service, changing time settings from Local Time to UTC without any success. At this point I'm not sure what else to try. Anybody experienced this error before?
