Remoge Management Fails When Using Device Name
Hello,
I have seen this problem before in some other threads with previous versions of ZCM, but a lot of them say it will be fixed in the next release. I am fully updated to ZCM 10.2.1. When I try to remote control a device by device name I get an error that says "Failed to connect to server (hostname.domain~50)." When I switch this to IP it works fine. I can ping the device that I am trying to remote control with no problem. I would even be okay if the IP address was the default option that came up. I don't know if this is possible or not. Thanks for any help!
