ZCC slow on one sever

Best Practice is to have the following

Primary Servers with 2 Network connections, One for servicing clients,
the second for connection to the database and backups. The Primary
servers should be in on the same segment as the database. Definitely
needs to be on the same LAN.

Your site where the database isn't should have no primary servers, only
satellite servers.
