ZCC slow on one sever

Hello,

The ZCC web interface is slow on the second server I built for the zenwork. Both servers are located accross the country but have a ds3 connecting them. The web interface on the first server(where the database) resides is fast from any location. The ZCC on the second server is slow from any location. Is this normal?
