ZCM 10.2 to 10.2.1 system upgrade failing

I'm having the same problem with the same setup. Update remains in 'In Process' status and the one and only server remains Pending.

I tried: zac ref, removing and manually downloading and adding the update, removing the other updates (10.1x), rebooting the server (even several times), waiting. Checked log files for errors and matching TID's. Nothing found so far.
