PRU Download issue

Last month, I tried downloading the October PRU and it would show downloading and then went I would check later, it would shows "Available."

I decided to just wait till today to try again next month. So today, I checked for updates and November PRU is there. I click Download and it shows Downloading. I checked back later and it shows available.

I did not have any issues when I installed the PRU Update in Sept.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.
