OES is supported but not recommended.
While it works, the
OES processes often share common default ports with ZCM
services and it adds overhead.
Therefore, for simplicity sake of supporting and troubleshooting the server
OES is not recommended but will work if you have a shortage of physical
servers.
AFAIK, there is not a ZCM issue with any of those versions of SLES.
You may want to ask in the SLES forum which is the best version right now.
I would presume SLES 11, but I will let folks who deal with SLES issues all
day worry about that.
If you were to install today, ZCM 10.2.1 would be the best way to go.
Please visit
http://download.novell.com and be sure to get a couple post
10.2.1 fixes and you should be all set. (ziswin.exe and
zenworks-registration.war in particular)
The Next Update to ZCM will be 10.2.2 in December sometime.
I'm not sure about NSS Volumes one way or another.
