Application Window not updating on Netware Login

Using the Zen4.0.1IR4 agent, local workstation login only. I then login to
Netware via. the "N" in the task menu bar. As soon as login completes, the
Application Window updates to show me all the applications that, that user
can see.

Using the Zen 6.5 agent, local workstation only. When I login to Netware
via. the "N" in the task menu bar, the Application Window does not update to
show the applications that user can see. I must do a manual refresh "F5" to
get the applications.

Is this working as designed?
Windows XP Sp1 w/ client 4.9sp1a + b updates.
