Question about Application Explorer.

Is there a way to force the Application Explorer to go straight to the users
applications.

As it is right now, the user opens application explorer and then must double
click [All] to see their applications. The way I have it setup now, it
works fine for the Launcher.

Do I need to stick with the laucher?

Also in the application launcher configuration, there is a setting that says
auto-start application launcher. I set this to yes, but it still does not
startup when I restart. Any suggestions?
