Stop XP personalized settings

When Zenworks starts loading, I have a system that shows the XP
personalized settings being set up (for Internet Explorer, etc.) each
time the user logs in. Also a new folder is created under Documents and
Settings for the same user each time they log in. How can I stop this
behavior?
