You can not have a System Requirement in a dependent application that
differs from the main application, it will produce the "A Dependent
Application failed to meet System Requirements" error.
The important thing here is that NAL does not evaluate the different types
of System Requirements from each other, I.E. disk space is not considered
any different than a registry entry etc.
For instance, if the requirement was regarding processor version you would
not want the application to launch if the requirement was not met.
