Changing from Application Explorer to Application Window

Hi all! All of our workstations are configured to launch the Application Explorer(NalView.exe) when start the computer. Is there any way, besides reinstalling, that you can change it to launch the Application Window(NalWin32.exe) instead? I know reinstalling will work, but hate to have to do that for 50 plus workstations if there was an easier way someone knows.
