Appliction Push Issue

Good day.

I two applications that need to be pushed and am having some issues here.

The result of the process should do this:

1. Remove Oracle 9i Client Registry Key "Oracle" and then reboot
2. After reboot the second app push should install the newer version of Oracle, 11G.

I have try all of the following: set a determine force run order, set the Oracle 9i to be a dependent of the Oracle 11g and the "Remove" never runs, the push goes straight to the 11g push.

The reason for this is that the Oracle folder from 9i cannot be deleted until the oci.dll is released, which is done by deleting the Oracle key in the registry and restarting.

Any help greatly appreciated.

I will continue to troubleshoot this and post any additional info.
