This fix worked for booting however it stop saying:

Can't find ZENworks linux filesystem, sorry.
Dropping you to a (very limited) shell.
Press the reset button to quit.

I have tried formatting the pen drive as FAT and FAT32 but get the same error.

Any ideas?
