Multicasting Rights?

Do users need rights to the server object in order to be able to
multicast using Zenworks 6.5 SP2. When my technicians attempt this it is
giving them the following error message;

"You don't have rights to read the ACLs on this object.
Therefore, the inherited rights page and the trustee of this object page
will not be displayed."

We the Tech clicks OK all of the buttons are grayed out.

What rights if any are required on the server object to allow the Techs
the ability to multicast?
