Trying to connect to Master XML Server

Has anyone found the fix to Inventory message, "Trying to connect to
Master XML Server"?

I tried reinstalling with SYS:\ZENWORKS\ZWS\ZWSENV.NCF
AND SYS:\ZENWORKS\ZFS.NCF already running.

I haven't install the sp2 yet. I just have the files from the CD
running.
