Anyone There?

Posted this twice on the 7.x forum but got absolutely no response. Thought I'd try it here; very surprised if no one's experienced this. Might be a 6.x issue as well:

Running ZFD 7 and my workstation's (especially
WinXP) Inventory logs are showing:

"Inventory Scanner: (Error) Unknown Connection Type."

I've found very little current help on this scenario/my
configuration. Running agents 6.x and 7.x. Clients are all 4.91 or better. Any thoughts?
