how to decipher date from LastRun value

Apologies if this is not proper group. I could not find in the Novell
documentation how to decipher actual date from the registry keys
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NetWare\NAL\2.X\Distri bute\..\..\..\
values are provided in hex & dec format but those do not correspond to
plain date format
e.g. LastRun REG_DWORD 456f4866, or LastRun REG_DWORD 45500309
