On XP NAL objects sometimes appear as Windows placeholders??

Running Netware 6.5 sp6 with Zen 7.1 sp1. On XP machines only sometimes
the NAL app objects appear correctly and sometimes they show up as Windows
placeholder icons??? And dont know if this is related, but there is a
60-90 second delay on XP machines before the Zen desktop managment agent
launches. Thanks for any info.
