Default user proxy settings

I have a NAL application that changes the registry settings of the proxy server address for the defualt user.

This works once when the NAL object is run, but as soon as new user logs in and the profile is created the proxy server settings are back to the original address.

Any ideas how this can be changed for the defualt user?
