That's what I mean, its not replicated out to the clients instantly (the
refresh takes some time, depending on your setup and # of apps).
For me,the usual process is to
change the app,
bump the version #,
refresh the NAL on the test/target machine,
look at the version of the app in the NAL
then run/test.
