Looks the Workstation Manager is not able to properly authenticate until you
login.
Most likely an SLP issue.
However an easy fix would be to set "PreferredConnection" registry setting
on the PC that tells it to try attaching to a server that holds a replica
that would contain the WS Object.

You should be able to find a few tids on support.novell.com that show how to
configure that manually or via DHCP.
