Groupwise using Zen and Terminal Server

I am having a problem with launching groupwise with zen 7sp1 on the terminal server. I am not sure what is going on but when you click on the groupwise icon in the app window the password comes up and then quickly disappears, like the application quits, I am getting no errors it just goes away. If I try it again I get the same result. Any thoughts on this one.
