segmantation fault by executing img

Hello,
after updating the zenworks 6.6 server with 7.0 the imaging with pxe and
from cd-rom fails on some machines.
I´ve got the error "segmantation fault" by trying to image an pc with
intel chipset 865.
The error occurs on mainboards from the vendors intel (D865PERL)and asus
(P4P800).
Has anybody the same error or an solution ?
