BootPartition?

I am trying to get the bootcd.iso to work, and I am running into a problem.
We do not want the linux partiition, and we do not have dhcp accros the
board. So in settings.txt we have the prompt set to yes, so we can enter
the right ip information.


No matter what we do, we always get prompted for a boot partition creation.
But if the building has DHCP, and we use a manual address, no zen
partition is created. If there is no DHCP, and a manual address is used, a
zen partition is created.

Ideas? I need to be able to set/prompt for an address and not get or be
prompted for a zen partition.
