DHCP Configuration Failed

Recently I have upgraded from 6.5 to 7 and I seem to be getting an awful
lot of DHCP problems when building since.
I have a new Dell GX620 which is a trial machine, I have imaged it several
time but now wanting to image again I am getting this error almost constantly.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?
