Default zfd7 boot cd - problem imaging Dell Precision 380

I have a zfd7 imaging boot cd that works great on a Dell OptiPlex 620
machine and lots of other Dell machines, but when I try the same boot
cd in a Dell Precision 380 (both 620 and 380 have broadcom nics), this
is what happens:

---------
DHCP Configuration Failed

Loading data into RAM disk (49080 kb)
Linuxrc crashed :-((
Press Enter to Continue

Sorry, linuxrc crashed at address 0x080616c3
Linuxrc has been restarted in manual mode

Linuxrc v1.6 Kernel 2.6.5-7.1.91 - default
Main Menu

System Information
Kernel Modules (Hardware Drivers)
Start Installation or System
Eject CD
Exit or Reboot
Power Off

----------
Any suggestions for trouble-shooting this for someone who doesn't know
much about linux but has 11 workstations that needed to be cloned last
week? The Precision 380 has a SATA hard drive and I've tried using the
Combination setting for the drive as well as the other 3 options.

Thanks in advance for any assistance you may be able to offer.
